如何利用AI助手降AI率

核心原则

不要让AI直接改写你的文章。

如果你把句子发给AI，让它给你一个"改好的版本"，然后直接粘贴进去——AI检测率不会下降，甚至可能更高。因为改出来的还是AI写的。

正确的流程是：

  1. AI告诉你哪里有问题、为什么被标红
  2. 你用自己的话重新表达
  3. AI帮你检查拼写和语法，但保留你的句子结构

第一步：识别哪些句子会被标红

以下几类句子是AI检测器的重点目标：

1. 总结收尾句（最高频）

这类句子对内容没有任何实际贡献，纯粹是AI在"画句号"：

  • This approach ensures population diversity and leads to improved optimization outcomes.
  • These findings validate the adaptability and superiority of the strategy.
  • This finding is vital, as it shifts the operational paradigm from...
  • providing a valuable reference for regions with similar characteristics.

处理方式：直接删除。 删掉之后前后文完全连贯，读者不会察觉。

2. 空洞的意义声明

没有数据支撑、只是在"升华"的句子：

  • significantly enhances adaptability to high renewable penetration
  • supports the technical viability of the global energy transition
  • promotes regional energy structure optimization and sustainable socioeconomic development

处理方式： 要么删除，要么换成你自己对这个发现的具体判断（用数据说话）。

3. 被动句堆叠

每句都是 X is done, yielding/establishing/utilizing Y 的结构，节奏太均匀：

  • A discretization step of 1% is applied, yielding 36 combinations.
  • A dynamic mapping mechanism is then established between...
  • a fixed control scheme is utilized as a baseline

处理方式：改成主动句。

  • we applied a step size of 1%, obtaining 36 combinations
  • we then established a dynamic mapping mechanism
  • we used a fixed control scheme as a baseline

4. AI惯用词汇

这些词本身不算错，但组合出现会触发检测：

被标红的表达 替换方向

5. 预告性过渡句

AI喜欢在段落之间加"接下来我要做什么"的句子，读者不需要被提醒：

  • This section analyzes the resulting schemes... to demonstrate improvements in...
  • The subsequent analysis investigates these differences to elucidate their impact on...
  • These parameters provide the foundational data for the subsequent functional analysis.

处理方式：直接删除。 读者会自己读下去。

第二步：改写的正确方式

先用中文说大意，再翻译成英文。

例如，面对一段被标红的算法描述：

  1. 先问自己：这段在说什么？（用中文回答）
  2. 用中文写出逻辑框架（4-5个要点）
  3. 把这个框架翻译成英文
  4. 让AI检查拼写和语法，但不要让AI"润色"或"改得更学术"

你自己写出来的句子，哪怕措辞朴素，检测率也远低于AI改写的版本。

第三步：什么不需要改

以下内容AI检测器几乎不会标，保留原样：

  • 含具体数字的句子：147% increase、USD 110.52×10³、5%–9%
  • 含文献引用的句子：Pan et al. [9] developed...（即使描述相似，有引用就不是AI原创）
  • 工程参数描述：具体的水位、库容、装机容量等

第四步：最后检查清单

改完后逐段自查：

每有一个"是"，删掉或改掉对应内容。
